ON VACATION

Seaside beach with sand dunes, a seagull flying, and large rock formations in the ocean

North Oregon Coast

Vacation, downtime or intentional retreats  are often the most spacious time a person has. Walk and Talk on Vacation (launching in our first location on the North Oregon Coast) provides an opportunity for nurturing an idea, exploring the nuances of a goal, and opening up some new currents internally that you may not have access to in your day to day life.

We believe that the spaciousness of being AWAY from home allows for a different kind of experience and birds eye view of one’s own life … and can contribute a unique potential for shifts of perspective, openness, and creative exploration.

We are excited to meet you!

Let’s take a walk, explore a topic, dream or desire and  open up a new perspective to take away in your pocket along with a shell or stone from the beach!

Walk & Talk FAQs

  • ….not at all... we can sit on the sand or a bench if you want.

  • Anything that feels alive or important to you—transitions, creative blocks, relationship dynamics, career decisions, personal growth, emotional stuckness, or even a general sense of longing for something more. This is your time.

  • Dress in layers and wear comfortable shoes suited to the weather. Bring water if you’d like, and maybe a small bag or pocket if you’re the type to take home a stone or shell.

  • We walk in most weather—wind and drizzle included—but if there’s extreme weather (pouring rain, storms), we’ll reach out to reschedule or offer a virtual session instead.

  • Yes! Some people love the one-time reset, while others choose to book ongoing sessions. You’re welcome to return whenever it feels right.

  • No. These Walk & Talk sessions are offered as coaching—not psychotherapy. They are not intended to diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If the coaching session reveals any mental health issues, your coach will refer you to a mental health counselor or psychotherapist.

  • Absolutely. Just reach out and we’ll help coordinate a gift session and personalized message if you'd like.

  • Yes. If you're unable to meet in person, Deb also offers virtual coaching sessions that carry the same heart and intentionality as in-person walks.

  • You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Within 24 hours, a 50% fee may apply. Just reply to your confirmation email or contact us directly to make changes.
